Special Hygiene & Safety Provisions

Because Tamiglow Beauty Ltd deals with beauty and personal care products, our refund and return policy is designed to protect the health, safety, and wellbeing of all our customers while remaining compliant with applicable consumer protection laws.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and health protection standards, we do not accept returns on items that have been opened, unsealed, tampered with, or used, unless the product is proven to be defective or unsafe at the time of delivery.
  • Defective or Damaged Goods: If you receive a product that is damaged, expired, or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
  • Change of Mind: Unopened, unused, and sealed products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of purchase. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Refund Method: Once a return or refund request is approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method, including M-Pesa or Card, within 5 business days.

Key Legal Compliance Note

Under the Consumer Protection Act (2012), consumers are generally entitled to a “cooling-off” period. However, the law provides exceptions for goods that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. As such, Tamiglow Beauty Ltd strictly enforces seal integrity. Customers are advised to ensure that the Tamiglow safety seal is intact upon delivery, as broken or tampered seals indicate that a product is no longer eligible for return.
