  • Order Processing: All orders placed on our website are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Processing occurs Monday – Saturday (excluding public holidays).

    • Orders placed before 3:00 PM are usually processed the same day.
    • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

    Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation via Email and WhatsApp.
  • Delivery Coverage: We currently deliver across Kenya, including:

    • Nairobi County
    • Greater Nairobi Metropolitan Area
    • All major towns and counties across Kenya
  • Delivery Timelines (Nairobi & Metropolitan Area): Orders delivered within Nairobi will be delivered the next working day after dispatch.
    Estimated delivery time: 1 working day.

    • Karen
    • Langata
    • Embakasi

    • Runda
    • South B & South C

    Our dispatch riders will contact you before delivery to confirm your location and availability.
  • Delivery Timelines (Outside Nairobi): Orders delivered outside Nairobi will arrive within up to 5 working days depending on the destination and courier schedules.
    Estimated delivery time: 2 – 5 working days.

    • Mombasa
    • Kisumu
    • Nakuru
    • Eldoret
    • Nyeri
    • Machakos
    • Meru
    • Kisii
    • Kakamega
    • and other towns across Kenya.

    Upcountry deliveries are handled through trusted courier partners.
  • Shipping Fees: Delivery charges depend on your delivery location and are automatically calculated at checkout.

    Typical shipping charges include:
    • Nairobi: Standard city delivery fee
    • Outside Nairobi: Courier delivery fee depending on distance

    Special promotions or free delivery offers may occasionally apply.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

    • A shipping confirmation message
    • Courier tracking details where applicable

    You may also contact our support team to track your order.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Delivery may fail if:

    • The address provided is incorrect
    • The recipient is unavailable
    • Contact details are unreachable

    If delivery fails:
    • Our team will contact you to reschedule delivery
    • Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated attempts.
  • Delivery Delays: While we strive to deliver within the stated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

    • Public holidays
    • Extreme weather conditions
    • Courier service delays
    • High order volumes during promotions

    If a delay occurs, we will notify you immediately.
  • Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

    Photos of the package or product

    Our team will investigate and arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution.
